We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Good hotel"
I have stayed in this hotel three times, I have booked it for 18 days in September . Yes this hotel is a bit away from the strip, but there is a bus stop outside the door. Yes it is a bit run down outside the hotel, but no one has ever bothered us. The rooms at the stratosphere are clean and comfy, the food is good and the gaming is good.... Try and get the same standard in London for the price I think you would be sleeping in a cardboard box. Well done the stratosphere staff x
"great meal and views"
Had a great meal up in the rotating restaurant quality of service and food were excellent the steak was to die for and very large portions compared to uk sizes anyway well worth a visit the views of vegas and the out lying areas were superb and a great accompaniment to the fab food
"Book online for discount (Use your smart phone at the counter)"
Very convienient hotel, had to use my phone at the checkin to get the best rate. Grreat value for money and everything you need in a hotel/casino. Excellent pool area and you must go up in the tower (free when staying there) and watch the thrill junkies throw themselves off the roof and use the killer rides up there . . .(10ft roller coaster that ends over the edge of the tower). Can walk into town (15mins) or get the bus for other Las V attractions. Smoking allowed in the Bar/Casino. Parking is easy in the next door carpark.
"Great Experience and Fun"
Me, my wife & my childhood friend with his wife were on holiday in US. My brother residing in NY booked us the Stratosphere for 3 nights. Not so very far from Mac Lauren Airport. We made a deal with one the Limo services at the airport to drop us at the Stratosphere driving pass the strip. It was too late when we arrived and were feeling very hungry. We ordered food for in room dining, the food was good and the service was fast. The hotel is situated in between the strip and the Fairmont and has got good connectivity by the local transport. The casino is good. More exciting is the tower with a 360 degree view of Vegas and the thrilling games atop. That was really a great experience. Hotel inmates are offered with special package for unlimited rides. We all had a very great experience. Initially it was a bit scary, but again after the first time it was attracting to experience the thrill again and again. There are some food courts around the hotel in walkable distance with variety of food available. We had lot of fun and was a great experience.
"Great Hotel!"
We stayed here twice now and will be staying here on all our next visits to Vegas. The rooms are decent, nothing exciting yet nothing horrible. Honestly how long are you in your room? We did enjoy all the rides on top of the tower, just do them, scary as hell but well worth it in the end. Crazy rush! We had a lot of fun on top of the tower, doing handstands and tons of fun pictures. The only thing we didn't get to do was the free fall jump, this year I'm doing it! Our view was beautiful at night to see the strip all lit up. service was good, buffet was good also. No complaints. Our second time to Vegas we just relaxed at the pool from morning to night. Pool bar food was delicious and fulfilling. Only thing we weren't happy about, we couldn't bring a water or juice into the pool area, we HAD to purchase one from the bar. We had tons of drinks in the room which we already spent money on and really couldn't see what the big deal was. Great hotel. Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
"Very nice."
This is one of the cheapest big hotels on the strip, right after Circus Circus and Riviera (this one's the best out of them). The rooms are basic but clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. You also get unlimited access to the tower and discounts for the SkyJump "ride" ($20 off). There is a 24-hour Starbucks on the casino level, which was a very good thing for me as I am addicted to Starbucks, as well as a 24-hour restaurant (Roxy's Diner). There is also a McDonald's on the second floor among with other restaurants and stores. You can also go to the IHOP or Denny's that are right next to the hotel, at walking distance. This hotel is located very close to Downtown Las Vegas (there is actually a "Welcome to Fabulous Downtown Las Vegas" sign right behind the hotel), but it is also very close to the rest of the hotels on the strip. To be honest, I don't think I could ever say anything negative about a hotel in Vegas, as it is one of my favorite cities in the world. This was our second time staying at the Statosphere. We would stay here again but we'll probably try another hotel on the strip for our next visit, just to get to know another one. I would recommend this one, though, for sure.
"Love it!"
We spent 2 nights in this hotel in late spring. We use to go to hotels on weekdays to avoid the "weekend people". We got a nice, clean superior / deluxe room for only $30/night with two dinner-ticket. We don't care the view from hotel rooms, so we can save money. :) The hotel was very clean, nice and we got two unlimited admission to the tower too for this price. :) The food was very delicious, the staff was nice & helpful. We like to walk in the Strip and because this hotel is very close to the Strip (I mean: it's on it), so it's a very smart choise for everyone, who would like to be close to the Strip, but want to save money. We recommend this hotel for everyone.
"Great one day stay at Stratosphere"
We originally planned for 4 days at Stratosphere but then decided to split between 3 different hotels while at vegas. Stratosphere has economical price at the same time it is clean and elegant hotel. We upgraded to select room at time of check in and we believe the bed was probably right firmness...my wife took that as gold standard as we compared to other hotels in vegas and grand canyon. we made use of the free access to top observatory several times and the view did not disappoint. check in process was a bit slow but overall the family had a great time. We didn't eat at any of the fine restaurants at the hotel so can't provide feedback on that. Could provide coffee maker in the rooms so folks don't have to make a coffee run first thing in morning.
"Great Value Resort"
First off, I've read some reviews about the resort fee of $15- That is standard throughout Las Vegas and is charged at all of the resorts. This is one of my favorite hotels for a number of reasons, for one it's away from the huge crowds that flock around MGM and is usually not too crowded on the inside either. I usually book a standard room with two double beds, if you want a lavish suite then scurry over to the Bellagio and pay a fortune for one. No matter the room, you always get unlimited access to the actual tower. Which is actually a big perk, as you can catch the sunset or go up multiple times without paying the ticket price each time. The low-cost rooms don't have a great view, but free access to the tower really makes up for it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always nice and it's a short drive/cab ride to Fremont or the south end of the Strip!
"Very nice hotel and very nice staff"
This hotel is great if your just in town for a few days or you just want to see Old Las Vegas. It is a short cab drive to the Fremont experience and you get to see all the old time casinos. It is in a VERY VERY BAD part of town!!! There are drug deals, and hookers all over. But the casino has great staff and you dont have to be worried when your right at the casino. The restaurant at the top of the tower SUCKS!! but if you want a free look from the top, go visit and get a drink or desert. I did not do the rides but they looked fun. My mom stays here often and she gets GREAT comps, and Food, and hotel stays. So if your big on gambling, then you might want to stay here!!
"Excellent place to stay"
My family and I stayed at the Stratosphere from December 19-23, 2013. We were upgraded to a suite on the 22 floor, which was a welcomed surprise! The room itself was fabulous, large with a king size bed and sleeper sofa. We had a jetted tub and a huge bathroom. The jetted tub had shutter doors which could open up to the entire room, it was so cool! The view was great, looking onto the strip--not the best view of the strip but it is as good as it gets at the Stratosphere because of the location. The casino was a nice size with the latest of games. Make sure to join the casino club, my Mom won free food credit by joining and swiping her card at a machine. We used the credit at the modestly priced buffet (way less than the main strip buffets and was just as good). The coffee in the buffet was voted by our family as the best in Vegas! The wait staff was superfriendly and overall, the staff were kind, polite and always greeted you with the utmost care. It's almost like they know that you have choices and since you chose the Stratosphere, they ensure that you are treated with respect and that the staff is genuinely happy that you are staying with them. I cannot say enough great things about the Stratosphere. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay; thanks to the accomodations, atmosphere, staff and food.
"guys trip"
had a great time as always at the strat. check in was busy, but quick. got a room in the select tower after they sent me a sweet offer for having stayed there before. i could see the people jumping from the tower from my room and watch it on tv at the same time. cuddos to them for having the pool and hot tub open this time of year. we saw the pin up show which was awesome. the only negative i have is i wish theyd go with a digital board at the sports book and i wish theyd add the new craps machine game that others have. other than that, great time.
"Same old, same old."
Stayed at "the Strat" for the third time in October 2012. Nothing seems to change but it definately offers good sized rooms and very good value for money if you don't mind being the last hotel on The Strip. Changes to the Deuce bus service including price have made the Strat a little less appealing but if you like to get away from the madding crowd at the end of the day it is still well worth considering. The rooftop rides and Skyjump certainly are not to be missed fur adrenaline junkies. Not planning another trip to Vegas but would probably stay there again as I have not found anything particularly adverse other than perhaps its location.
"Kindest staff and best show ever"
I was on my way to see The Frankie Moreno show last night, not feeling well, with severe throat pain. I needed something cold , ice or ice cream to help the pain. I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly kind and caring two different employees were to me. First, at their Roxy's diner, long line of people were ahead of me to be seated. I had just a few minutes before show time. I explained, in a whisper due to pain, my predicament to a lovely young lady, you explained the situation to her manager they nicely, with great concern, brought me vanilla ice cream. I've never had been treated more nicely anywhere, until after the show, when my throat started killing me again because it is hard to not make noise and sing along at the brilliant Frankie Moreno, anybody that would like a real fun, special evening, you will not regret, go see this show. My brief, but honest and fairly qualified review. He is the next Elvis, but actually way better in many ways. Don't miss him. After the show I went to a bartender. He could tell I was in pain. He brought me a glass of ice. This young man was as sweet, kind, and concerned as he can be. Asked me if I needed help getting out, or did I need a doctor. So kind. The show couldn't have been any better, nor could the employees have been any nicer to me. Best experience at a hotel I've ever had. Thank you to those special kids that came to my aid. Thanks to Frankie, his talented two brothers and his parents, who I was lucky to meet after the show. Sweet people all.
"Value for the money"
Located at the north edge of the strip is this very nice hotel. Book the rooms well ahead and you'll get a very deal. Really nothing to blame at. Very neat, highly professional staff and excellent ambiance all around. Very friendly dealers at the Casino tables that do not really get too crowded even on weekend. Good number of options for wide variety of restaurants and food courts in walk-able distance.
"Nice hotel - Bus pick up right at hotel"
Stratosphere was worth every penny. Best view in the city - which you get in for free if you stay there (otherwise is $18 I think). Very clean, really nice rooms, had a deluxe queen- had a living room with couch, chair and TV. Nice shops to walk through. Roxy's Diner has fabulous reasonable food. Happy Hour was fabulous buy at $2 well drinks, $3 mimosas and champagne. Is on north end of the strip but buy a bus ticket for the day and they drop you off up and down the strip.
"Great sleep"
From the time we walked in to the time we checked out the catered to us. I was so impressed with the rooms we got. Mother had a king room and was delighted with housekeeping. At no time did we have a complaint about any thing. The Plate Buffet food was hot and fresh. The casino games was very loose. All in all great stay. Thru the whole stay we didn't hear any other noise except us.
"Great deal especially for the price"
I went to Vegas for 4 days for my bday weekend nov 22, 2013. Upon my arrival I was treated very well and I got a free upgrade to the select towers. The room was great and clean. Casino is very nice. The buffet is a great deal they have a all day pass for 34 dollars for the buffet go there as many times as you like for that day. The great thing about this hotel is you get access to the observatory deck when you stay their. It is located a distance from the main part of the strip but you can buy the ticket for the bus for 8 dollars, it gives you 24 hour access to ride the bus as many times. For the price it is awesome. A very special thanks to Kodd at the concierge for going above and beyond and making my birthday trip even more perfect. Thee staff is very friendly the casino is vibrant and nice. I will definitely stay here again. Also the sky bar upon the observatory desk is dope, bartender was very friendly and nice. I wish I remembered his name, his great work deserves recognition. This is a good deal trust me I was very skeptical about staying here but I'm glad I did.
"Nice stay at the Stratosphere!"
Getting to the hotel on a Saturday night a few days before Thanksgiving it was nice to walk through the Casino and not be bombarded by the dings of slot machines. It did not appear to be over crowded. The room was great, clean, good shower, big tv, and bed comfy. The trip to the tower was pretty at night. Signed up for the Frequent Gambler card and got 25% off of the buffet that day. I thought the buffet was excellent and only $15 after discount. The prime rib was one of the best I have ever eaten. I thought about 90% of what I tried (and I tried a little of a lot of different things) was very, very, good. They had soups, salads, fruit, italian, mexican, sushi, meats and great desserts. I liked the fact that they were about a mile from the action on the strip - but if I were to spend any time on the strip I would find this place a little too far out.
"Nice Hotel on the outskirts of town"
Stayed here on a 3 night break, got a pretty decent rate. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of Vegas, the buses stop right outside if you're heading into town, get the 3-5 day pass if you are going to going in and out a lot, its better value. Didn't really gamble any in the hotel. Ate twice in the diner type restaurant can't remember the name sorry. The food was grand. The staff were really friendly and one evening one of them hopped up on the table and started singing happy birthday to some of the customers. There was a really good atmosphere about it. The room was clean and tidy, can't really fault it. Make sure to take advantage of the free entrance to the top of the tower, great views off the city and you can watch people doing the bungee jump.
"A Lovely Surprise!"
My husband and I travel to Las Vegas every year and have always stayed on the strip right in the center of all the activities. We've had the pleasure of visiting most of the popular hotels, but this trip, we decided to stay north of the hub-bub at the Stratosphere and we found it to be very nice. The staff was outstanding, the guests seemingly having a great time and very friendly, the buffet was one of the best we've had (great prime rib), and view at the Top of the World was magnificent. My husband loved X-Scream, one of the rides at the top! The casino was slightly smoky, but not as bad as others, and we can't stand smoke! Within walking distance to Freemont Street Experience was a huge plus...visiting Pawn Stars, Rick's Restoration and the Mob Museum were all within a nice walk and were so very enjoyable! On two more topics, Jubilee at Bally's was the very best show I've ever seen! A must for Vegas...substitute this one for a Cirque any day. Fantasy is another fabulous show!
"Best value for the price"
If you don't need a suite like "The Hangover" Ceaesar's one... THIS is the place. I've been there three times (on may 2012 and on may and june 2013) in a normal room. CLEAN, never had problems of noise, always good attention at desk (Ron attended me in 2013, don't remembrer the lady in 2012) but they were quite polite. All the hotel is clean, even the restrooms at the lobby. The Bell boys helped with the baggage, the parking people let you park for a while on the front. Everything made a great experience all the times. Yes, you are NOT in the STRIP (thanks God), but you're near Pawn Shop, Rick's Restorations, Little White Chappel and you have the bus right there to Downtown and the south strip for $8 all-day. I paid $33 for the room.... and $70 on weekend day. I didn't want to pay luxury. I want to know Vegas!!!!
"My Favourite Hotel"
Been to the Stratosphere many times, a great hotel and normally great prices. The roof top pool is great, some good music and a great bar - and more importantly a great sun trap! Plenty of food places and shops to choose from and central to both the main strip and Freemont Street - ideal to jump on a trolley or get a cab. Don't be put off by the location. And check out the all you can drink open bar promotion - it's great!
"A short stay in Las Vegas"
The Hotel was well situated at the end of the Strip. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our stay. The Buffet restaurant provided very good Breakfast and evening meals, a high standard of service. the swimming pool area was good and well kept. Our room was comfortable and quiet ( at the back of the Hotel, and room was clean). Certainly recommend staying here.
"Football Sunday"
Nine 8foot screens, $10 margaritta buckets or $10 Bloody Mary pitchers, food was well priced too. Get there early to get prime, comfortable seating, high back cushioned booths you can view all screens! Service is top notch, loved this place to watch the games! Great deal.
