Group Travel
The resort is offering this first time visitor promotion, and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise there are additional costs associated with group travel. |
Credit Card
- GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
- Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Discover, Company Cards).
- The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
- Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview at Villa del Palmar Cancun the day after arrival to Mexico is required.
- Transportation will be provided to and from the resort preview.
- You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at the Villa del Palmar Cancun or a Villa Group property twice before.
- Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.
- All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

Age
- Married Couples - at least one of the qualified participants must be in the age range of 30 to 70 years old.
- Legally Single Women & Men - between 30 to 70 years of age, except Single Men from Canada are not eligible.

Income
- Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income (singles must meet this qualification on their own, combined income for married couples).
- Must be employed full-time, part-time employment does not qualify.
- RETIREES ALLOWED if full-time retired, and not working at all.
- Must not be a full-time student.

Language
- Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
- The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
- Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
- Offer is valid for married couples and legally single women & men.
- If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
- This promotion is for US Citizens & Canadian Citizens only.
Quebec residents or Quebec born Canadian citizens do not qualify for this promotion.
- Legally Single Men and Women cannot travel with guests that reside in Mexico.

VIP Customer Welcome Call
- To complete the confirmation process, you MUST complete the Resort`s Welcome call as they will need to verify your reservation and get your flight information. If you do not receive a call within 72 hours, please call 855-220-3815, 9:00 - 4:00 PM CST to complete your resort Welcome Call.
- Your flight info MUST be provided at least 20 days prior to arrival date in order to receive your confirmation. Reservations will not be confirmed until the Resort`s Welcome Call is complete and your flight information has been provided.

Resort Fee
- There will be a $29.95 per night Resort Fee. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid by major credit card during the Welcome Call and PRIOR to receiving a final confirmation number from the resort. Please remember the resort will not release the confirmation until this fee has been paid.

Additional Terms
- Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 6 months are not eligible for this promotion.
- Participants that have attended a Villa Group resort preview in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.
- This vacation package offer can NOT be combined with any other vacation offers.
- Current or Past Villa Group Vacation Ownership owners, guests that have previously attended a Villa del Palmar Cancun promotion and employees of travel-related industries such as: Travel Agencies, Timeshare exchanges, Airlines, Hotel and Resort Employees, and Military are NOT eligible for this vacation package offer.
- Individuals who own real estate (including timeshare, fractional or full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Villa Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun and Loreto are not eligible.
- First night in Mexico MUST be at the Oasis Palm Beach.
- Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
- You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 16 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 15 days of your scheduled arrival will be a penalty of the total cost of the package. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or act of God that prevents the property from being occupied beyond the control of BookVIP.com, a store credit will be issued that can be used for any resort promotion for which you are eligible.
